Orion is a software platform intended to assist healthcare professionals in the management, and treatment of patients who have been diagnosed with sleep-disordered breathing by:
Displaying and analyzing device and therapeutic information that has been transmitted remotely from the patient’s compatible device to optimize patient care management and engagement.
Providing remote settings capabilities for compatible Resmed devices.
Communicating with digitally connected platforms.
Caution
For any serious incidents that occur in relation to Orion, these should be reported to Resmed and the competent authority in your country.
In the US, federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.
Orion is designed to support communication and monitoring but does not replace clinical judgement. Any adjustments to prescribed therapy settings should be made in consultation with a qualified physician. While Orion facilitates information sharing, it is not a substitute for a patient's official medical record.
