Enable compliance support
You can choose whether to send automated compliance support messages to a patient.
On the Automations page, in the Messaging section, select at least one delivery method:
Email <patient email address>
SMS to <patient phone number>
To send SMS communication to the patient, ensure you have received consent from the patient and selected the SMS messaging consent received check box.
In the Compliance/Reimbursement section, to send automated compliance support messages, select Send compliance support messages.
Orion sends personalized messages to the patient during their first 90 days of therapy to help them stay on therapy and meet CMS compliance requirements.
Click Next to add integrators.
