Add patient details
Add the patient’s information, contact details, messaging consent, address and patient ID. You must complete all required fields before you can move to the next step.
From the toolbar, click Add patient.
In the Patient details section, enter the patient's information.
In the Contact section, enter at least one of the following:
Phone number
Email address
Note
Orion requires a phone number or an email address for identification and communication.
In the Address section, enter the patient's address.
In the Patient identification section, enter the Patient ID, if your facility uses one.
To continue:
Click Save and continue to continue to the next step.
Click Save and exit to save the patient record and close the Add patient workflow.
