Manage patient lists
Patient lists show groups of patients in a table view. Use lists to organize your workflow, track follow-up items and focus on patients who need attention.
Some columns display either system data, patient-reported data or therapy data.
Column name | Description |

Patient name | The patient name listed on the Patient details page. This column is always displayed. |
Patient ID | The patient ID listed on the Patient details page. |
Date of birth | The patient's date of birth as listed on the Patient details page. |
Tags | Tags added to help identify key patient information, such as "Compliance met", "CDL" (commercial driver's license) or "Do not show in lists". |
Days since setup | The number of days since the patient received their therapy equipment. |
Last review or contact | The number of days since the patient's record was last marked as reviewed or the patient was contacted. |
Days until follow-up | The number of days until a clinical user should follow-up with the patient. |
Assigned user | The clinical user listed on the Patient details page. |
Location | The clinical location on the Patient details page. |
Compliance forecast | The percentage likelihood that the patient will meet CMS compliance requirements within the first 90 days of therapy. Higher percentages indicate a greater chance of reaching compliance based on recent usage patterns and therapy trends. |
Machine type | Displays the type of PAP machine assigned to the patient. |
Data last received | The number of days since Orion last received therapy data from the patient's PAP machine. |
Averaged columns | |
Avg. usage (days) | Displays the number and percentage of days the patient used therapy during the selected time range. For example, 5/7 (71%) means the patient used therapy on 5 of the last 7 days. |
Avg. usage (hours/night) | Displays the patient’s average number of therapy hours used per night during the selected time range. |
Avg. leak (per minute) | Displays the patient’s average mask leak rate in liters per minute during the selected time range. |
Avg. AHI (per hour) | Displays the patient’s average Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) per night during the selected time range. |
Avg. CAI (per hour) | Displays the patient’s average Central Apnea Index (CAI) per night during the selected time range. |

Compliance forecast | Filters patients whose projected likelihood of meeting CMS compliance falls within the selected percentage range. |
Compliance met | Filters patients by selected compliance status. |
Minimum days to compliance | Filters patients whose remaining days needed to meet compliance fall within the selected range. |
Time since setup | Filters patients whose days since therapy setup fall within the selected range. |
Average usage | Filters patients whose average therapy usage falls within the selected range. |
Average leak | Filters patients whose average leak rate falls within the selected range. |
Average AHI | Filters patients whose average AHI falls within the selected range. |
Average CAI | Filters patients whose average CAI falls within the selected range. |
User | Filters patients by the assigned Clinical user/Respiratory technician. |
Data | Filters patients based on data availability, such as No data since setup. |
Days until follow-up | Filters patients by whether they require follow-up in the selected range of days. |
Last review or contact | Filters patients by whether the patient was reviewed or contacted within the selected range of days. |
Location | Filters patients by assigned clinical location. |
Machine type | Filters patients by the type of PAP machine assigned as their compliance machine. |
Patient details | Filters patients by age range and assigned sex at birth. |
Tags | Filters patients by assigned tags, such as "CDL." |
