Add or remove physician record sharing
Add or remove physician access to the patient’s data. You can share records with a physician and/or organization.
Search for and open the patient record.
Click Care team in the left navigation menu.
In the Physicians and record sharing section:
To share the record with a physician and/or organization, click Add and share and follow the steps in Share patient record with physicians and organizations.
To remove record sharing, click Remove next to the physician and/or organization.
