Filter notes and timeline activity
Filter the timeline to display specific types of activity. Use filters to focus on notes, settings changes or other event types.
Search for and open the patient record.
Click Timeline in the left navigation menu.
Click the Show list.
In the Show window, select an option to filter by.
Click Apply.
To display all events again, click Show all, then select Show all events.
