Add clinical location
Add a clinical location to assign the patient to the correct office.
On the Care team page, from the Location section, click Add location.
In the Location window:
In the Search locations field, enter the location name.
Click Search.
From the search results, click the appropriate location.
Add and share the patient record with physicians and organizations or click Next to enable compliance support.
