Notes and timeline
The Timeline section displays a history of patient activity. It includes manual notes entered by users and system-generated events. Use this section to document communication, review therapy and compliance changes and important updates.
Orion automatically records key events, such as:
PAP machine settings changes
Compliance status updates
Compliance monitoring status changes
These events provide an audit trail of patient activity and system updates.
Manual notes are entered by users. Use notes to document relevant patient information not captured by the system. For more information, see Add patient notes.
Each note displays the:
note text
date and time the note was created
user who created the note.
