Enable or disable compliance support messages
Turn compliance support messages on or off and select the delivery method. When enabled, the system sends automated messages during the first 90 days of therapy to help the patient stay on therapy and meet CMS compliance requirements.
Search for and open the patient record.
Click Automations in the left navigation menu.
In the Messaging section, click Edit.
Select or clear the Email or SMS check boxes.
Click Save.
In the Compliance/Reimbursement section, click Edit.
Select or clear the Send compliance support messages check box.
Click Save.
