Manage user access and roles
Only users with the Administrator role can manage users accounts and roles.
Orion uses role-based access control (RBAC). Each user must have one role. The role determines what the user can see and do in the system.
Orion supports the following roles:
Administrator: Manages user accounts and roles.
Clinical user: Manages patients, therapy settings and reports.
A user's permissions depend on their assigned role.
Some clinical users may have access to patients managed in Orion and AirView.
When a clinical user selects a patient from search results, Orion opens the record in Orion or AirView depending on where the patient is managed.
